On the 10th of May 2021, Palestine was mercilessly bombed for 11 days and over 200 citizens died, including 66 children.

As we watched on helplessly, we decided to assemble a group of talented chefs together and in under a week, curate a recipe book with 30 fantastic recipes to help raise emergency funds.

​

All sales from this book will be donated directly to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), a longstanding registered charity, that are currently working to provide much needed medical supplies to as many as possible, directly on the ground in Palestine. Join us as we work towards helping the people of Palestine put their lives back together again after the recent bombings. Even a little can go a long way.
